FAQs

Helpful answers before you book.

If you are comparing massage styles, wondering how much time to book, or simply want to know what to expect, this is a good place to start.

Which massage should I book if I am not sure where to start?

Swedish Massage is often the easiest place to begin if your goal is general relaxation and stress relief. Thai Combination Massage can be a great fit if you want both relaxation and deeper bodywork, while Deep Tissue is often best for more stubborn tension.

How long should my session be?

A 60-minute session works well for focused care or a shorter reset. A 90-minute session is often the best balance for full-body work plus attention to problem areas. A 120-minute session gives the most time for a slower, more restorative experience.

What if I am pregnant and interested in massage?

Prenatal Massage is designed to feel supportive, calming, and comfortable. If you have questions about timing, positioning, or whether it is the right fit for you, please reach out before booking.

Do I need to know exactly what type of pressure I want?

No. Clear communication is part of a good session. If you prefer lighter pressure, deeper work, or something in between, that can be discussed before and during your appointment.

Where will appointments take place?

Studio location details are being finalized. Booking inquiries are still welcome, and full appointment details will be shared directly once scheduling is confirmed.

How do I book?

You can call or email to request booking information, ask questions, and confirm the best next step for the type of session you want.
